How It works
I am here to celebrate the importance of nourishment for the postpartum time and Nourish you, Mama!
Eating organic, nutrient dense foods catered to the postpartum mama’s body is essential for healing and recovery. I support you in focusing on foods that nourish you. I see food as medicine. Allowing for the vital nutrients & minerals to come from the food we eat.
I focus on meals that are Warm, Soft, Organic, Nutrient Dense, & Locally Sourced.
All of my cooking is inspired by the remembrance of Ancestral Foods, Ayurveda, TCM, Weston A Price, Gaps, & eating Locally & Seasonally. Offering mamas & families the opportunity to receive meals catered for their healing.

Postpartum also known as the first 40 days, & the forth trimester, is a sacred time for the family. Mama is healing physically and emotionally from birth. She’s spending this time falling more in love with her baby. Mothering is a full time job & there is so many things to keep track of.
As families are getting to know this little one, the body is simultaneously replenishing lost nutrients, producing breast milk and rebalancing hormones. Its essential for milk production & to maintain vital energy in the body that mom is eating and listening to her hunger cues.
During this time its important to avoid cold, raw, cruciferous vegetables, processed sugar & processed foods. Favoring warm, soft, easy-to-digest meals that promote healing.

Shop locally, organically, & seasonally
Arrive at your home on the agreed upon day of the week & deliver fresh meals in glass jars and Tupperware
After each week, Ill pick up cleaned glass jars and Tupperware and use for following week

How does In Home Cookings Work?
My packages range from 1, 3, or 5 days of in home cooking a week. (Minimum of 2 weeks of care)
Create an individualized menu, once a week, custom-tailored to your family’s needs.
Shop locally, organically, & seasonally
Arrive at your home on the agreed upon day of the week for a 5 hour shift and prepare your meals. I grocery shop before I arrive and send invoice for groceries at the end of the week.
Pack everything into your fridge & clean up your kitchen.
Plate one fresh meal, tea, and snack while at your home
